Photo Etching Edge Profiles

Photo etching profiles

A chemically etched profile has distinct characteristics. It can be tightly controlled, allowing for a range of different profiles to be achieved. These profiles are very small but can often be used to provide a product with unique characteristics, such as a sharp cutting edge for medical devices or fluidic channels for component cooling.
